Mezzo-soprano Erin Gonzalez received a Bachelor in Music from Chapman University Conservatory of Music and a Masters in Music from Eastman School of Music. She is a winner of several prestigious honors—the Friends of Eastman Opera Voice Competition, the Bramledge Opera Award, and Robert Kuntz Scholarship. She has performed with Pacific Symphony, Florentine Opera, Martina Arroyo Foundation, Opera Las Vegas, Nevada Opera Theatre, Eastman Opera Theatre, and Opera Chapman. Her role highlights include Angelina (La Cenerentola), Flora (La traviata), Dorabella (Così fan tutte), Orfeo (Orfeo ed Euridice) and Nancy (Albert Herring). In June, she was the mezzo soloist with the Palm Springs Opera Guild Outreach Program. In November, she will make her Sin City Opera debut in the role of the Secretary in Menotti’s The Consul.
